I have been on nexito since 2017 with two episodes of relapse where after tapering the dosage to 5mg it was stopped but the symptoms again came back so required to take the medication again. Failing twice in withdrawal I decided to switch to homeopathy treatment where the doctor tapered my dose from 5mg to 2.5mg and gradually stopping it along with the homeopathy medicines which were started. But after 3 weeks of stopping the medication I am feeling the following symptoms again:- mood swings, appetite loss, hot and cold flashes in body, not able to sleep and a fear of having a health issue. These are the same issues which I faced when I started nexito long back. My current doctor is saying it is due the the rising temperature in north India and heat wave. But from last 5 days continuously I have been facing these issues. I switched to homeopathy due to a reason that long term use of allopathy is not good. Can someone suggest what to do should I wait or go to my previous allopathy doc

From 2006 December iam suffering from panik attack suddenly, and that moment my pulse rate will be high. So doctor prescribed me xet cr plus 12.5 one in .orning and one ativan 1 mg at night .could you please suggest some other way to avoid this two medicine and instead fod this medicine kindly suggest some sos medicine if require. Also suggest a good consultant.
