I have been sleeping normally for 6-7 hours a day until few days .. but suddenly for past 2-3 days I'm not able to sleep even though my eyes are feeling sleepy but still can't sleep .. even in the morning also no sleep ... only life style change I had is I'm fasting now because of Ramadan.

I'm on valproate, lithium, amisulpride, trihexyphenidyl, risperidone and propranolol for my bipolar 2. It's been 3 months since I'm on my medications. I used to smoke a lot. Now I tend to smoke sometimes. May be 2-3 per week. Will it hamper the effect of my medicines? I have reduced smoking a lot. Will I have to leave it completely?

Is ramelton really Available? I searched a lot. I am from mumbai .I couldn't find anywhere. Is it really Available or withdrawn from the market?

Since from past 2 month I am not feeling well mentally. I became anti social, i dont want to be around people, feeling so helpless, weak, not active . Reason behind is I love someone so much. And my family forcing me for arrange marriage. And I don't want this. And now I don't know what should I do. Feeling so helpless .

I have a big problem I can't focus on my improvement of my career I am always thinking about girls I mean not like sex but like romance and stuff it's getting out of my control I crave cuddles and hugs too much I can't focus on studying im always stressed and brain is fogged it get cleared for few mins then back to blocked brain mood keeps changing and I don't understand myself

I got seizure cuz of alcohol withdrawal on 21 feb just one but after that i m having memory issue like weak memory forget little things (ekdum se bhul jata hu fir forcefull thinking karne pe dhyan aata hai )also sometime i got confuse got ct brain done it came normal but why ia this happening is it permanent or temporary effect of seizure like normal to have thes symptoms for some time after seizure i m on libiruim and lorazepam pls answer

I did 2 xrays in 30 days apart And I saw on internet that young people can get cancer later in life if xray is taken So I'm now panicking and having anxiety over it It came out normal both times I went there for chest pains Turns out it was just anxiety

Hello Respected Doctors, Facing sleep disturbance and Insomnia for sometime now. Ongoing meds - Cilnidipine, Bisoprolol and Rosuvastatin. Sleep cycle is severely hampered. Pls guide if any meds can help or otherwise. Regards

Dear sir, After 12 years, I quit chewing tobacco by using Nicotex gum. Now I am habitual of Nicotex gum for the last 5 months. I take 6-8 gums of 2 mg daily. Is it okay to use it or it may lead to some health issues in future? What problems may occur? Any other alternative option? Thank you. Regards.

I am riding scooty but  in mind a conversation is going on where i am in interview and i got air 1,i am giving other people lecture on how to improve themselve and more question asked from me in more detail i cannot explain I am trying to stop these kind or scenarios but they keeps on continue i am no control over them I make more even different type of scenario cannot explain more not sexual but only like i am ceo etc have no control over them I do same during performing other activities in my days like during cooking studing etc I used to daydream alot for like 1 year or more i dont remember i just notice this has become very big problem for me i bring myself into present but it still continues Even if im talking with someone i listen to them reply and then start daydream i cannot stop It stop only if task, work, conversation i am having is something i have interest in Please tell me what issue this is. i want to consult psychiatric there is no psychiatric near me
