I am having unbearable enxiety in stomach brain related maybe due to release of stress harmones since last 4 days and complete loss of appetite I am only taking liquids. All stomach test are normal Doctor has told me to take rexipra 10mg And etilaam 0.25 Ealier same situation was controlled 2 years before with clonzapam 0.25  when same. Which medicine is good. Plz suggest

FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS IM SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION ESPECIALLY IRRITATION. THE IRRITATION PART HAS MADE MY LIFE HELL.I CANNOT CONCERATE ON WORK N MY FAMILLY LIFE IS DULL BEACAUSE OF IRRITATION. PLZ SUGGEST SOME GOOD TABLET WHICH REMOVES MY IRRITATION N RELAXES MY MIND.

Am from a bad financial bag round my illness starts from a break up and failure in neet exam it was my first two side love he left from me by saying about family status then I got second serious relationship in that also I was tortured mentally and physically too much , I was supposed to get out from this got too many relation ship finally am in another feel good relationship but I just want to know am serious in life

How to deal with exams stress during period of 1 month before exam if u facing hypersomnia and anxiety

I had to take flunil for 8 months in 2023. After that i was okay and i left all medicines. But now experiencing mild symptoms of depression again. Can i restart the medicine and can this medicine be used when needed or should I take it for a month for mild symptoms of depression and anxiety.

It's happening from last 8 month that whenever I sit for studying I am unable to build focus I just jump into the loop of overthinking And due to this I cannot study happily which I used to do early Please help me

I consulted two doctors one given d veniz 50 three times and another given seta 25 at night for my mixed. Anxiety and insomnia problem due to diabeties and blood pressure I am confused which medicine I should take . Plz help me out.
