Feel anxious and scared as someone passes away. Feel that even if something going to happen to me Who ll take care of kids and all. Pls suggest me to come out it and life a happy life and become strong. All the time I feel like I'm anxious and going to happen or die something

Sir my psychiatrist prescribed me fluvoxamine 100 1-0-1 , opipramole 50 1-0-1 and olanzapine 5 mg 0-0-1. The problems is that after taking olanzapine I feel sedation,lazy not fully conscious after morning.. Can I drop olanzapine 5 mg in night.

I have been struggling with health anxiety for the past four years. Over this period, I’ve undergone several medical tests, including ECG and 2D Echo, and all results have come back normal. Despite this, I often feel like something is seriously wrong with my health and live with a constant fear that something bad is going to happen. Negative thoughts occupy my mind almost all the time. I’ve been on various anxiety medications during these years, including Stalopam Plus, Clonafit 0.25 MD, Clonafit Beta, and a few others. However, I stopped taking all anxiety medication about a month ago. Since then, I’ve been finding it increasingly difficult to manage my daily life. I feel constantly worried, overwhelmed, and anxious, particularly with the persistent thought that something terrible is going to happen. I’m reaching out for guidance or consultation on how to manage these thoughts and emotions effectively. I want to find a structured path toward recovery so I return to normal life. Thanks

I am having severe sleep disturbances post my homeopathic treatment for acid reflux (lax les and esophagitis grade A). For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to sleep properly and now I am feeling frustrated and depressed and anxious.

1)My CT PNS impressions Aplastic Right frontal sinus Mild Right maxillary sinusitis Minimal DNS to the Left side ENT said :- I have Mild Maxillary Sinusitis 2)Other reports:- Brain MRI,BP,Sugar test, Urine, Blood CBC, Thyroid test,Food allergy,Eye check up - All these reports are Normal. 3)Major problem:- a) I always (24 hrs)feel head pressure( like something freeze or very tight) since 2 years. b)This head tightness becomes worse during Winter season and after eating- Spicy, Cold, Diary and Sweet products. c)I have no any Nasal discharge or Blockge. d) No head throbbing pain but only feel head pressure. e) No any medicine work since 2 years 4)My earlier life:- I prepare for Competitive exams since 2020.I cut physical activities and Outdoor sports. I sleep 6/7 hours and study only. Study notes in mobile/Tablet. 5)My doubt:- Can it also be- Migraine, Anxiety,Stress or Tension headache . 6)Advice effective medicine if possible. I was diagnosed with OCD and currently on medication Flunil 20 but when I feel anxious due to intrusive thoughts I take medication and when anxiety cams down I stop medicine and this cycle repeats again and again. What should I do?
