Hi, Since Clonazepam 1 mg was used only for 7 days, the risk of dependence is low. However, to avoid any withdrawal symptoms, you may taper it as follows: → Take 0.5 mg at night for 3–4 days, → Then stop.
Next Steps
1. Always consult a psychiatrist before reuse. 2.  Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine with habit-forming potential. Using it on an SOS basis should be done cautiously and not more than once or twice a month. 3. Repeated SOS use can lead to dependence.
Health Tips
Monitor for any rebound anxiety or insomnia. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your prescribing doctor. Avoid self-medication or abrupt reinitiation

As you are taking for only 7 days, nothing will happen if you stop abruptly. Make it half for 1 week & stop. Take 1/2 whenever you have panic attacks or sleep disturbances then onwards

Taper it by 1/4th dose every 2 weeks and then can be taken SOS, but these need to be done under psychiatrist supervision

You can start by reducing the dose every 3 days. 0.75 first, then 0.5, then 0.25. After that you can stop it and take SOS. If you need any further help you can contact a psychiatrist.

Tapering off Clonazepam a long-acting benzodiazepine—should be done carefully to avoid withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, irritability, or even seizures. Since you've been taking 1 mg daily for 7 days, this is considered short-term use, which generally reduces the risk of severe withdrawal, but it's still wise to taper rather than stop abruptly. Also the reason for which it has been started should be considered before planning to taper off.
Next Steps
Consult your psychiatrist from where u are taking treatment. Or take a second opinion if required.
