Kidney Problems

I have frequent urination from last 1 month taken medicine but not cured urine routine , blood test and ultrasound shows partially distended bladder and I have pain in arm , thighs and legs from last 10 days I am worried

I have tight urithral stricture less than 1.5 cm in bulbar part in coimbatore have laser uretherotomy for urithral stricture and self catherization is necessary after oiu pls reply

She has urine incontinence and wearing diapers . She cannot go out due to this symptoms. Vesibeta 50 and other treatment did not help. On urine test some infection is found always . Treatment for such infections also did not help

My frequent urination is not cured I have taken medcine blood test are normal , urine report is normal and ultrasound sound is normal what should I do any suggestions or it is due to hot weather

Feel anus pain during stool pressure, when stool passes, even during urination. Sometimes it becomes excessive pain

Dr. Prescribed me Tamsukem plus capsule but i am not getting it anywhere. Is Tamsukem plus capsule and Tamsukem plus tablet boht are same. Can I use any of it ? please reply

Hello doc My mother is diabetic hypertensive since 7 to 8 years. Recently she has been facing pain in her upper left abdomen which is very severe . The usg confirmed thY it is possibly pyelonephritis.and she is currently on iv antibiotics .in past she had recurrent uti. So my question is whether is it curable??or are there any recurrent infections in future? Or is there any danger?? What kind of fluids of foods help in healing early??

I have been diagnosed with B/L nephroliathis RT kidney 5.8mm in mid pole calyx..Lt kidney 7 mm in VUJ junction since 3 months. Inspite of taking medicines pain arises sometimes due to which I have to take  pain killer inj Tramadol or inj voveron..Will the kidney stone will pass through medication? Kindly suggest any other medication so that my stone passes easily
