Kidney Problems

Hi, I was suffering from severe pain in my back and lower abdomen. I was diagnosed with kidney stones in my left kidney. It is 2.5mm in size. The doctor suggested taking crystone tablets twice a day. For the last 2 days there has been swelling in the left back area. Is it due to the kidney stones. Please suggest

Whenever I go for a urine, after having urine , my pants starts smelling from urine. Sometimes there may be urine spots and sometimes no urine spots. Still there exists an urine smell which is embarrassing among people

Frequent urination from last 20 days that does not cured urine report was normal ultrasound shows partially distended bladder and I had taken uti medicine but does not cured even white particles comes out and before 10 days I started getting pain in thighs legs and arms

A well-defined 3.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at lower calyx of right kidney. A similar well defined 4.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at upper pole calyx of left kidney Right upper & mid ureter are also mildly dilated secondary to right lower ureteric calculus 6.2mm Kindly suggest medicine

From last 10 days I am feeling obstruction in urine , when go to urinate, it take to urine come out , and feeling constipated
