My HbA1C is 6.6 . FBS is 136 . PPBS is 130. Grand parents and Father is diabetic. Hypertensive taking medicine. Sugestion required regarding blood sugar.

From last 2 years, I have consistent High prolactin ( range differ from 35-45). It comes to normal value after taking medication but again shoots up once I stop the medicine. Also I have a TSH of 5 where my T3, T4 values are normal. LH is 9, FSH is 5 and clean ultrasound. I have consulted many doctors, still not able to figure out the reason.
