How to reduce anti tpo antibodies? My level is 58. Will it increase in future? My tsh is 2.46 if TSH is normal and antibodies are high will i have any risk to baby

Hello, I am having type 2 diabetes from last 3 years. When I was diagonsed my HBA1C was 11.2 but after 3 months it came down to 6.5 and after that it is always been 5.5 or 5.6. My fathers bp was calculated while consulting a doctor and reading were 170/90.. So Newtel AM 40 was prescribed.. After 3 months BP 160/90 when we went to consult ,But this time doctor gave another bp tab newtel AM 20 to be taken at night along with the newtel am 40 which is prescribed for morning.
