I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism last June 2020, with TSH value 16.7, was put on Thyronorm 50 mcg, checked again in November with TSH value 19.3. I was Covid positive on April 26, mild symptoms, home quarantined, was put on Medrol 8 mg twice daily for 5 days, then 4 mg twice daily for another 5 days, then stopped. Recovered.   On May 14, 2021, checked TSH, it was 8.9. Does Medrol played any role in decreasing value of TSH?

Hello, I would like to know my sugar levels before and after food and BP as well as kidney function test.

I am not able to sleep enough at night. Hardly getting sleep of 2-3 hours. I recovered from Covid last month. I did have a call with my Covid Doctor as well. She suggested to take :  Petril 0.25mg or Clonafit 0.25mg ( got this one ) before sleep at night for 5 days. But still I have same sleeping problem. I do am following hyperthyroidism prescription on daily basis : Neomercazole 5 mg : after dinner Inderal LA 20 mg : after breakfast

Today my father got his sugar done. He got 400 sugar but he got his test done in the evening. So I just want to ask you Dr can he take biscuit in his diet and sugar free tablet and which biscuit brand is good in diabetes?

Need to know what should be done if Triglycerides, VLDLc, Tc/HDLc ratio is higher. Please do give some prescription to stabilize it

Mom, 52 yrs is already diabetic. She is currently on 2mg medrol tapering medication due to covid. Her fasting sugar avg fir 5 days is 150; before lunch 250 and before dinner 250...is this normal? Please advise.. also, will it reduce once we stop steroid? Is insulin really required for his kind of numbers? Please help doctors 🙏

My husband is diagnosed for diabetic for the first time. Attached his HbA1c report and lipid profile. Much concerned. Help to get what kind of treatment to be taken and medication.

My mother has been taking following medicines for controlling diabetes Tripride 2 and Tenepride 20mg -15 min before b/f Gluconorm P (15/500) -15 min before dinner Her sugar level dropped 55 earlier due to which doctor added gluconorm p in her medication. Now though the sugar level is controlled like it comes approx 125 (empty stomach), 140 (2 hrs after B/F) and 119 (before dinner) I would like to ask if the medication prescribed tk her is okay or not or do we need to consult some other doctor. Please guide and help

Using Steroids during covid treatment increases blood Sugars in non diabetic people also? If yes stops using them as usual back to normal? Pls suggest? Regards.

Hello doctor, 1month 20 days before I got fever and cough due to dust (grains se). I took ibugesic plus and azithromycin. After recovery period I am suffering from palpitations..BP fluctuates.,diastolic mostly low ..pulserate 80-94 K veech mei rehta hai.. all the day weakness is there. No H/O any major or minor disease .dryness of mouth too much. I intake liquid every, 1hr. Today I got report of lab test of HbA1c and Thyroid.. Result is HbA1C.(ngsp) -5.1 HbA1C (IFCC) -32.16 HPLC Estimated glucose -99.7 T3- 1.48,T4-9.70,TSH (4th generation) -6.175.Kindly suggest me what is right for me. Hv a look and give me right advise as well. Thank you Sincerely regards
