My mother has gallstone and her recent blood glucose test result are as follows, please advise if it's okay for her to go through a gallstone surgery at this stage. Glucose fasting - 146 Glucose post prandial - 233 Glycosylated Hb - 8.5

I have hyperthyroidism which was diagnosed few days back...I have 2mm module in my thyroid...thyroid sonography suggest cysts of 3mm and 5mm in size...iam having bulging eyes, tiredness,lack of sleep and low mood all day...is it graves disease?...can it be cured?

My husband has bowel problem and acne peoblem so I soak 1 tbsp fenugreek (Methi) and 1 tbsp saunf ( Mouri)  in water previous night and give the water only next day once in a week. he is non diabetic but this water helps him to reduce stomach problem by which his acne cures easily. Will this water fall his sugar level??? I used this remedy for last 7 years but no level fall in sugar. but someone tell me that it will fall his sugar level. please guide
