Is it necessary to take medication for increased HBA1c to 5.9 or will it be possible to control with dietary restrictions?Does HBA1c increase indicate any other problem in this case?

Sugar dipped to 40 in middle of day. Though she had eaten Normal breakfast poha curd. She had history of high Diabates she took her daily medicine Valdiff-M 500 before and after breakfast Vildagliptin and Metformin Hydrochloride 50mg/500mg Tables.. Due low sugar reading in glucometer she have to consume more rice and banana sharbat.

I work out 2 hours daily. So i carry a small bottle of water with 4 small spoon of glucon d mix. Then after work out i take 1 banana and coconut water. Is taking glucon d daily safe. Or will it increase sugar? Can i take one banana per day?

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism few weeks ago...iam currently taking carbimazole 10 mg twice a day and ciplar la 40 mg at night...my Thyroid sonography reports show cystic multinodular goitre.....i have bulging eyes...so does bulging eyes indicate only graves disease?? My cousin has a 2 cm endrometric cyst in her right fallopian tube for 10 months. She's 29, unmarried. She's now taking hormonal treatment for last 2 months. Still the pain has not subsided. But the cyst is in same size for the past 9 months. Pain killers didn't work on her. What's the solution? If we do lapro will they remove the tube itself or the cyst alone? Also we r worried she can't have baby after marriage! Is it true? Plz give solution.
