Hormonal Imbalances

Hi Doctor, My father 56yrs old blood sugar levels are 164 mg/dl (FBS), 248 mg/dl (PP), Hba1c (8.8%). He is using Vildagliptin 50mg(1-0-1), Reclimet - 80/500 (1-0-1). Actually since a last 1-week he is not using Reclimet. Are blood sugar levels increased because of this? Pls suggest a medication which need to be used as per the current blood sugar levels mentioned above.

Mother is 66 years old and has osteoporoisis.. Endocrinology doctor prescribed Zoledronic acid infusion Yearly.. But we already take Osteofos tablet weekly and Vit D tablet monthly.. Can we keep using this medication instead of the injection?? Will it be equally effective?

Can I do strenuous exercise to reduce my belly fat. How to reduce belly,hips, thighs. Does it require a long period to reduce fat stored on these areas?

Hi. We got our mother's glucose tests done. Fasting, random and PP. Her fasting and random test are normal but pp level is at 61mg/dL. She ate  empty stomach 3 bread slice and tea and got glucose pp test done 2 hours later. She doesn't have diabetes though. Not even family history. Does this test indicate onset of diabetes? Is this a cause of concern? Thank you.

Hi I have blood sugar level around 200 for past few years (238 was highest, fating). I took medicine for some time (Encelin M 50/500 tablet). Blood sugar lvel came down but i donot prefer to go with that so stopped taking. Is there any medicine in Homeopathy which can help me in reducing the blood sugar level to prescribed limit? Kindly advice is there any way to control AMA( antimicrosomal antibody ) As my antibodies are killing my thyroid harmones which may lead to hyp or hyper thyroid issue in long term. Is there any way to prevent this future desease and control AMA level as it's much beyond its normal range .

My thyroid level is completely fine and under normal range but since AMA is too high it may lead to Hypo or hyper thyroid in future . I have itchy dry rash on hand and feet and i have hyperthyroid since 10 years. I use solifix to relieve the itch, on regular apply the wound goes off but it comes back on hand and feet after few days. My skin is extremely dry.
