Hormonal Imbalances

My blood sugar level was above 300 mg/dl in the month of June 2022, but after having below medicine its showing sugar value at 259 mg/dl during Random blood sugar test after post lunch. I have been in diabetes medicine since 4 months but still there is no progress to reduce the level. I sometimes feel drowsy. I have below medicine:- 1. Tab. ZORYL M1 2. Tab. Sitara 50 mg Please advise.

I tested fasting sugar FBS, the result was 100. Do I have sugar? What is the normal range? Can I go through random sugar test to confirm whether have sugar?

Sir I checked My Blood Sugar levels using Acucheck Home machine  4.5 hrs after meal but there were 5 different reads 105, 108, 109, 114, 123 on the same machine at more or less same time?? Sir Which reading is correct.

Hi, We recently did HBA1C test for my wife and her fasting sugar came at 103. And HBA1C at 6. Could you please advise if this require any medication to start ? Is she diabetic? Thanks.
