I am suffering from total cataract. Is it possible to treat it with homoeopathy? If yes, then can it be treated completely?

My son just recovered from a stomach infection two days back and was fine but he ate lot of junk food last night following which he is complaining of lot of stomach cramps near navel which woke him up at night. I have homeopathy kit from SBL at home and gave him one dose of colocynthis 30 which gave him instant relief and he slept again. This repeated twice. How many times in a day can i give this medication- he seems to need it very frequently like every 2 hours. Can i give every hour or two hours?
