Is some homeopath use steroids in their medicines to give immediate relief...i was taking homeopathic medicines...after using it for 5-6 months...started getting serious side effects ...i became prediabetic from non diabetic also eye issue and feel dizzy all the time...so these are basically all side effects of steroids..steroids affect neuron in brain due to which getting dizziness...and cause insuline resistance as well...so my doctor was using steroids?

My diastolic pressure is low ...plz suggest me some natural ways jow can i make it normal by diet ...
