I want to discuss with homeopathic specialist regarding homeopathic medicine which I'm taking it last 1 month

My mother is 74 yrs old non diabetic is having grade 2 piles. Recently she had very minor bleeding for which she takes alopathic medicine SOS for 2-3 days .  Recently we also consulted a homeopathic doctor for an alternative and safe treatment considering her age and side effects of allopathic medicines. I request to kindly go through the prescription and advice your comments. 

Nowadays heavy hair loss in my head for the reason of light dandruff.my scalp is very weak.Please give me the Solution for this...

I would like to know why alcohol is being used in Homeopathic medicines in high concentration? For example in Aconitum napellus there is 90% alcohol. Is it to preserve the medicine or is alcohol being used as medicine itself?

My spouse is 35 yrs , female, non diabetic, no BP and recently having issues of gas and constipation. Due to this her daily bowl's are not clear and having frequent tendency . The problem arises more during her weekly fasting for one day.  Pl advise any homeo medicine to control/cure it. 

I bleed while sitting in toilet. No pain. It's like a heamoroid burst. Diagnosed external heamoroid by physician.

Kindly guide as I'm already on Allopathic medicines but getting effective results as I couldn't take much rest due to being on travelling since 3 days. Im covid negative as tested yesterday only through RT-PCR & Antigen test.
