I have pigmentation on face specially forehead  cheeks .nose . Skin is very dull. Plz suggest some treatment

I m suffering anxiety last 8 months, my problem start acidity, fear of death. All body test , ie blood test, ultrasound n CT reports are normal. I have take homoeopathy treatment last 3 to 4 months, specially time weaver, chakkar tech. N medicine. Walking jogging, yoga , healthy diet add in my daily life. But my chest pain continue. Some time normal n some time Anxiety in day . I'm worried about anxiety or pain.  Please suggest what can I do for normal. .

We had lost our smell and taste in Month of April, when We got Covid positive in April month but smell and taste came back and 1 month we could eat everything without any altered smell and taste but After one month ,me and my sister started facing a problem of parosmia in which we both are facing problem of altered smell and taste like burnt chemial and rotten food from many things like onion potato dairy products some vegetables like Cauliflower.
