Suffering from frequent cold, snizzing and throat itching from long time. Getting relief after medication and again facing same problem after few days.

My mother has been suffering from L4 L5 spinal stenosis due to which she has extreme neurogenic claudication with symptoms like tingling in posterior legs , tingling at top of feet she has already used pregablin, nortriptyline and Gabapentin content nerve tablets and even muscle relaxants .She has been taking physiotherapy also due to which she is performing her day to day activities at home with minimal symptoms but when she goes outside by wearing footwear she can't descend steps or slopes and her top of  feet feel heavy and footwear keeps coming out so she can't walk even a step comfortably with footwear.Any homeopathic medicine to help her reduce pain even when going outside especially when wearing footwear or trying to descend steps or slopes? Please kindly help.

If someone takes homeopathy medicine whole bottle of pellets at once(kids), does it cause any harm? Does it induce symptoms? Liquid was put in the bottle of pellets. Does this cause any harm? Any permanent damage? Also, if someone takes a remedy that is not suited, does it cause symptoms of the remedy or no? Can you please guide correctly?

About 2 months ago, I had a small boil near the anal area. It drained on its own within 2–3 days, and I started doing sitz baths regularly. I have consulted a homeo doctor for my 2year baby Cough, he had given a syrup for it ,I have him 2.5 ml after that I tasted it gave cooling sensation so does it contain menthol, is it OK for baby .The syrup does not have any Name on it.
