It’s understandable to feel worried when there’s discomfort along with an old history of TB. The X-ray finding of bilateral hilar prominence is quite common after previous lung infections and usually not serious if there are no active symptoms like persistent cough, breathlessness, or fever. The back and arm pain you describe is more likely musculoskeletal or posture-related. You can continue light stretching, warm compress, and avoid long sitting hours. A detailed case discussion for accurate remedy selection and long-term relief.

Pain is definitely not related to the old cured TB or cardiac reason. But may be neuromuscular...... You can consult any good neurologist nearby. Please consult online if you wish to go for homeopathic treatment.

From the ECG and X ray it is clear that it is not a cardiac or pulmonary issue. The cause is likely to be neuromuscular. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private with details of the condition.
