When the month of oct and nov come. I usully feel discomfort in breathing.in the whole day i did not feel any tight congestion but at night when i lay down on bed i feel chest heavynees, some kind of beathing heavines and sound like wheezing. Hello, My Reticulocyte count is 5 (normal range 0.5 to 2.5) and LDH is 308 ( normal range<248). Also my Billurubin count for past 1 month is in between 1.6 to 2.75. My B12 is 111 and D3 is slightly low. What exactly this represents.

I am having dry scalp and dandruff. Recently it has increased and leads to a lot of hairfall every single day which has decreased the volume of my hair to much extent. I use coconut oil, castor oil , vitamin e capsules but it's not helping.After every hair wash I have a itching feeling. I don't know whether there is a problem in my shampoo. I use kesh kanti shampoo and conditioner. I also have watery kind of release from the hair scalp. Please suggest any medication or shampoo which can solve this problem.
