Hello doctor. I have multiple subesrosol and intramural fibroids (largest is 4cm) and on medication since 3 months, R75,17,A91, some mixed drops and calcium supplements. This periods I had heavy flow along with orange peel kind of clotting. I had continuous stomach ache as well. This has never happened before. What does that mean? Is the medication working?

Dear sir , From last 1year i m suffering from piles . Earlier have bleeding but now have only massa at anus . In the morning , massa size is very tiny but gradually it increase . Apart from this , have gas problem especially 2nd half of the days. Once gas form in stomach feel uneasy sometimes.
