Hi when I travel or simply doing some work like home cleaning or cooking my heart rate will be above 110 is this normal?

Hi , My father is 60 years old and he is opting for cataract surgery. Doctor told to do ECg before ethe surgery and I have attached the report of ECG .is he fit to do cataract surgery ?

Usually my blood pressure stays on the higher side(140/90), I have done ECG and ECHO and lipids , everything is normal. I am 105 kgs and my height is 5 ft 10inches I am trying to reduce weight so that I can get my BP controlled I don't want to take allopathic treatment as it is a one way journey From 3_4 days my BP is getting very high, today it goes to the highest side 160/110 Is there any possibility in Homeopathy or Ayurveda that I can get my BP controlled. Sometimes I feel pain in my left side of the chest in various positions not in a single position, but most of the time the pain lasts for maximum 1 -2 minutes and it feels like a pin is hitting my chest. last 7 days I have pain in my left shoulder joint and in left arm.In March, 2022 I had done my TMT and CT Angio, very little problem findings in TMT but CT ANGIO was normal no blockage. Last 4-5 months ago I had done my ECG also and that is also normal. But I have some panic or anxiety issue related to heart. If there is any chest pain in the leftside I thought it is related to my heart.And I can't even sleep at night, I have thought that if I sleep I might have a heart attack during sleep. Is there any possibilities to major changes in CT Angio report which was in 2022 march?and what is the solution

I am having pulsating feeling all over body when I'm lying down especially on my head. My pulse is around 75-80 ( take concor 2.5 mg) and BP is 120/90. What is the reason. I have echo 2 months back it was all normal.

Whenever I try to lie down especially on my left or right I feel like some heavy pressure on my chest feels tight and I get the urge to wake up and sit down for a while. I don't feel the pressure or pain when I wake up and sit down. This is being happening every night and I'm afraid. I have stopped eating in the night as well because of this.

Hi dr i am having chest pain and palpation, some times breathing difficulties that why i visited cardiologist and done 2d echo tmt and ecg all were normal except there is mvp in echo. and started treatment still i'm having same issue then i went to another cardiologist and done TMT again which was normal twice. still is there need of angiography ? there will be any heart condition? i'm taking prolomet xl after missing dose i feel heart beat faster, after climbing stair i feel heartbeat faster.
