I have general Anxiety sometimes YESTERDAY WENT TO CARDIOLOGIST TO CHECK ABOUT MY HEAART HEALTH i did ecg echo and TMT all came negative but doctor gave me INDERAL 10MG 1 TIME MORNING because my heart rate is high in Ecg 106 Bpm . i was anxious while taking Ecg that time but in home my Bpm generally is 80+ . do i still need to take 10 mg inderal? I'm scared to take because it will reduce my Bpm low...or shall i break 10 mg tablet into half and take 5MG inderal only? kindly answer please and thank you

I have been having left chest slight pain since yesterday night. it didnot occur throughout the day but sometimes it comes and goes away. this happened to me last year and afyer some days it went away. i did ecg and 2d echo but nothing was there. it started again from yesterday. I am not sure what is happening.

Today, I had my annual health checkup, and the ECG report suggests possible Eight ventricular hypertrophy. While I’ve never had heart issues before, two months ago, I experienced arm pain, diagnosed as gas-related by a nearby MD. I’ve had right-sided middle back pain for two months, possibly due to extensive driving, and my kidneys are normal. Wondering if this back pain is linked to RVH. After researching RVH symptoms and effects online, I’m feeling restless and experiencing shortness of breath. Should I be highly concerned, or is this within the realm of normal? I am having a mild discomfort in my chest for the last 20 days which lasts for a few seconds and goes away while walking I have consulted a doctor and she has advised me to take Sompraz D for 15 days and I am taking the same. I have previous history of Cervical Spondylitis and GERD and also took vitamin D tablet Zakson CD3 for 6 months in year 2022 end and also took Baga NT for a month for nerve issues in July 2022. Shall I start taking Zakson CD3 again as it's almost one year since I left taking vitamin D tablets. My BP and ECG came out normal.
