Hello doc My dad is suffering from unstable angina,CAD,DM,and HTN Before 3 years the angiography was done and the results revealed that there was block in 2 arteries. Now currently he is facing breathlessness while walking..but not everyday. Only 2 to 3 days once. What next step should we take??

So my father has some heart problem minor only.also high BP, he recently changed his doctor and went to the doctor day before yesterday, the doctor checked his BP and it was normal because that time he was on medication of BP. The problem arose when while prescribing the medicine the doctor did not mentioned the high BP medicine which my father was earlier taking and due to some reason, my father also forgot to mention that the BP was normal because of the medicine. Today I am calling him but he is not picking up the call and most probably out of station. My fathers bp has rose again in two days without the medication . My question is that can you continue taking the high BP medication once again because his BP is relatively high.its 90/160. can you take it because right now I cannot assess the doctor because due to Holi he's out of station. I am also attaching the prescription and bp medicine

Hello , I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure and was prescribed olmat mt 25( olmesartan medoxomil and metoprolol succinate) it's been a month since I am taking this tablet half a day. And I see a sudden rise in uric acid levels . Doctor has suggested to take telma 20 once a day instead of olmat mt 25 . Is it OK to stop it suddenly and start a new tablet and will telma be good enough for me

Hi, I have my blood pressure elevated (150/85) only in clinical settings like doctors office, hospital when I go for tests. I have an electronic machine at home and it is always fairly normal at home (around 116/80). I have taken readings in different times of the day and on every alternate day. Why so? My GP has prescribed me Ciplar 10 (Dosage 1-1-1) Is it required? Would not my BP be less if its normal range and I still take the medication? I am worried about the side effects.

Hi, I feel very mild chest pain on the left side but it just goes off and comes back only for few minutes.

When I had chest pain after I consulted a doctor he told there is no heart isssue after ecg He told the nerve has been stretched I took medicine but it went and came back again after 1.5 months after I went to gym Anything serious? How can I cure it ?
