Felt panic after bad news and did ECG... Does change normal. Had a bit of muscular back and shoulder pain in last 1-2 days

Dear sir, Recently I have checked whole body check up, in that report we find triglycerides are high of 289, HDL cholesterol 39, Non HDL cholesterol 148, Vldl cholesterol 57.8 and Atherogenic index 0.51. And thyroid TSH is 34.73. Presently I am using tyronorm 100mg for thyroid. So please suggest medicines and diet for reducing cholesterol. Thank you.

Hello respected doctor. My father is suffering in heart issue. Angiography & cardiac perfusion test has been done. Doctor advised to go for CABG operation but he said 50/50 chance.
