Hi, I do have a calcium score of 187 in LAD and RCA. Majority in LAD 137 and RCA 50. I have been on Statin, BP tab Telma 6Mg/80 mg and Cinod 20 mg since Oct 24 and next visit is in January 25. My question is, these days for a count of 3-4 days i suffered in shortness of breath for couple of hours and than becomes normal, is these due to Medication Side effect or pannic attack?. Please do let me know at time I need to rush to hospital. Thanks, Sarvana

Hello sir, few months back i got cholesterol checked it says i have low hdl cholesterol i.e 21 and my ldl cholesterol was in control i.e 100. So what to do now how to increase hdl I'm worried. Please suggest

Pain in chest that comes and goes often. Similarly pain in triceps and neck. Sometimes chest pain feels like tightness and sometimes a sharp pain. My age is 30. My dad recently had bypass surgery and so I constantly think that i might also suffer from heart problem. What could be the cause of my pain?

Hello doctor , I have been suffering from chest pain from last 3 year on/off while sitting for long in my car or movie threater multiple egg,tmt,echo ,stress echo and Holter done but all are normal recently I have go through routine medical checkup and I found elevated homosystine around 24 , elevated cpk : 302,elevated ige level : 1618 ,please find the report do i need to concern , i am on tab nexito plus from last 1 month which is prescribed by cardiologist.

Hi Wanted to know what this term exactly means. I went for a routine checkup and ECG report came out moderately abnormal. I am attaching the reports herewith. Apart from this my pulse was high at 103 bpm (which is usually around 8 bpm) And also my BP read 135 90. Other than that Random blood sugar was within range Urine routine was normal Thyroid was also normal. Cholesterol was a bit higher and report is attached for the same. Should i be worried about it Will i be able to achieve better health by making lifestyle changes and not relying on medicines. Response is appreciated.

I am taking stamlo 5 for last 20 years regularly once a day in morning. Now I find my regular diastolic BP is maintained at 59-65 while systolic BP is regulated at 120-135. Please advise the dose and new medicine if needed or else have I to reduce the stamlo 5 dose if any

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from chest tightness inner chest itching sometime chest pain when sit down for long in movie threter and while on drive in my car , I have done ecg,echo,tmt ,stress echocardiogram ,holter in last 3 years and all came normal as per cardio doctor , I feel left neck pain after walking, I am very much confused what to do which doctor to approach,kindly guide me
