Excessive sweating
For the past one month around l am sweating excessively only from underarms & below the breasts, (not on my face head or neck or back ),it is more on the left side, this is throughout the day, & at night l wake up in the middle of the night to change, due to my gown being fully wet including the mattress.my bp is normal 130/78, measured at 3 different places & time.
I went for echocardiography LVEF 66.5% & no arterial pulmonary hypertension, the impression was diastolic disfunction. My doc has told that nothing to worry, heart is strong, but my worry is the water dripping continuously due to which l am unable to go out, & also disturbed sleep at night, any remedy please.the doctor has not given any medication for this, my HbA1c is 7.5. & Average 165 & l am consuming Dynaglipt M 500 mg 1 tablet a day.

Need help for my mother
Sure! Here's a rephrased version of your message:
Hi Doctor,
Thank you.
My mother is experiencing low blood pressure in the mornings, with readings around 90/61. During this time, she often feels dizzy, lightheaded, and has a heavy sensation in her head. By daytime, her blood pressure improves to around 110/70.
We recently conducted a blood test, and some of the results were concerning:
Total Cholesterol: 242
LDL Cholesterol: 173
Non-HDL Cholesterol: 190
Potassium: 5.39
Could you please advise on the next steps we should take, including any precautions, dietary recommendations, or lifestyle changes?
Thank you.

Palpitations
Consulted with 2 cardiologists and took ECG and echo both times in a span of 2-3 months. Everything came out normal. The doctor also told me nothing to worry. But still, it feels like I am having palpitation in back. Sometimes, it feels like fluttering and palpitation is coming from diaphragm. It is kind of making me worry. Also, I have anxiety problem.
