Dr has done ecg test where everything was normal then he has done tropnine test which was also okay. Then he has done x ray then he has find some issues in lungs and gave him medicine. Should I go for angiography or not pls tell.
Here is the ecg report in attached file.

Serious Findings During Health Checkup
I am a 26-year-old male who recently underwent a medical checkup. However, I am a bit concerned and anxious about some of the findings in my report. I would like to share the concerning parts below for your review and advice.
Concerning Findings:
ECG Report: Marked as "Abnormal ECG".
States "Possible lateral infarct, age undetermined".
Notes "Sinus rhythm with short PR interval" and "Eca-short PR"
Lipid Profile:
HDL-Cholesterol: 35.30 mg/dL
Inflammation Marker: ESR (1 hour): 19 mm/hr (Above the normal reference range of 0-15 mm/hr.)
My Questions:
1. Does the ECG indicate that I might have had a silent heart attack or some kind of permanent heart damage?
2. Is the short PR interval something serious or something should monitor closely?
3. Based on these findings together, do I need further cardiac or inflammatory investigations right away?

Sudden increase in heart rate
I am 36 years, weight 95, height 5'10. NOT diabetic.
My normal resting heart rate is between 60 to 65.
Today, I had heavy bloating / gas. I also had 4 cups of black coffee (I generally don't have so much of black coffee).
Since afternoon, I felt palpitations, and, my pulse rate was 100 to 105 for almost 1 hour.
After that, I had less palpitations but the pulse was still between 95 to 100 for almost 3 hours.
Pulse then gradually reduced to 70 by night.
Is it related to my bloating / gas, or to Excess coffee I had that day, or related to heart?
