Hi, Writing this on behalf of my husband. He is getting multiple small bumps on his body, time to time. These bumps are pus filled and painful with time, size can vary depending area. He usually gets it on inner thighs or bum which are big but in the last month he has got one in his back and two near neck(back), which doctor should we consult and what could this relate to? Thank you.

I underwent a laser haemorrhoidectomy in 2022 but the piles didn't shrink completely even after surgery. I reached out to the doctor in 2022, but he said it would shrink, but it didn't. Now for the last 6-7 months, I'm facing difficulties in passing the stools even after on laxatives which might be due to fibrosis or stenosis as I can feel my sphincters could get relaxed that's why I failed to clear my bowels.Please guide me what are possible treatment available for the including immediate and long-term term

I was diagnosed with anal fissure 2 months back and it keeps coming back after every 15 days. But this time , it's some sort of yellowish filled small small pimples in the anal region which didn't happen earlier. What is it?

I’ve been dealing with an anal fissure for the past 1.7 years. It tends to reoccur every 3 months, always in the 12 o’clock position, and presents as a small cut as heals in a week. I drink around 2 to 2.5 liters of water daily, and my stools are generally soft. Initially, I was using Ayurvedic oils daily and for the last 6 months, I’ve been applying Cremagel (diltiazem) twice and occasionally Smuth cream in the morning. It was healing but yesterday it reoccurred as day before yesterday i had loose motion once. I also tried taking Ayurvedic oral medicines, but they tend to make the initial part of my stool harder, which worsens the fissure. Most of the time, I experience a burning sensation that lasts for about 5 minutes after passing motion. What should I do to heal this fissure permanently? And what ointment would you recommend for long-term relief?

I do have piles since long time but since past one year it is causing overactive bladder. My urine output have became less and also get sudden urge to pee whenever I walk or sit suddenly. I always pee while passing the stool and also feel burning sensation in urinary track. Someone tell me that is that because of piles

Hello doctor Im having this painful boil on my scrotum skin, its paining very much if it gets touched I have attached photo please tell me what is it, I'm feeling very scared, i tried popping it today white pus was there.

Any otc to reduce pain and swelling from anal fistula, please advise as it's very painful and I am unable to work or focus.

My mother has a cervical issue so the doctor prescribed her this medicine but at the same time she is facing a big swallowing which happened within a week. ( The same swallowing happened in 2021 but  got surgery that time). Now 4 days ago when showing the doctor this he said it's normal caused by a cervical and prescribed this medicine with how many days it takes. But i couldn't understand it. Please someone help me to find out the medicine name with the exact day to take it.

I'm having herniated disc at l4/l5 and l5/s1. Physiotherapy hasn't helped, took nerve root block injection also, but no help. Doctor has suggested surgery, what are the chances I continue with non surgical treatments and get better.

My facial expressions and weird smile look so bad...Is their any correction treatment for face and smile..if yes then what it is... please reply??
