Regarding diagnosis - Buerger's disease
Hey doc, I have been smoking cigarettes for like 5 years from 2020-2022 of about 3 a day and from 2024- till yesterday about 7 to 8 a day in gradual way.
The reason being consulting here is because i had a little pain in my right index finger of my hand with which i mostly smoke.
So, after a little googling i came to know about the disease.
Is there any indications to buergers disease. Why i am having a little swelling and pain to that particular index finger?
Do i have swollen right index finger or i am overthinking it.

Body didn't accept post cyst sutures
Hi, got 2 sebaceous cyst removed on my back through an operation. Out of the 2 one was a bit infected and the body did not accept the sutures done on that location. The other one has healed well.
The Dr. has removed the sutures and have mentioned it will heal by secondary healing. I am a bit worried as the area seems like a hole. I am getting my dressing done every 2 days and do not have much pain throughout the day. A bit of pain only while dressing.
How long does open wounds like these take to heal? Should I take a 2nd opinion?

Recurrent anal fissure
I've been dealing with an anal fissure for the past 1.7 years. It tends to recur every 3 months, always in the 12 o'clock position, and usually appears as a small cut that heals within a week quickly
I drink 2-2.5 liters of water daily, my stools are generally soft. Initially, I used Ayurvedic oils daily, and for the past 1 year, and from last 5months I've been applying Cremagel (diltiazem) twice daily and occasionally Smuth cream in the morning. This helped with healing, but the fissure reoccurred again yesterday after I had one loose motion the day before. Like a very small cut. Most of the time, I experience a burning sensation for about 5 min after passing stool. Now its healing like i dont have pain only burning sensation after motion. And my motion is soft always. Could u plz advise on how I can heal this fissure permanently without surgery bcz i dont have pain and the fissure cut also cant be seen. Recommend an ointment for long term use or any fibre supplement?

Recurrent anal fissure
I have had a fissure for 1.7 years. It heals but comes back every 3 months as a small cut at the top (12 o’clock position). My motions are always soft, and I drink 2–2.5 litres of water daily.
When my stool is about the thickness of 1.5 fingers, I feel the inner muscle open or stretch as the stool passes, and then contract back when it slides down. This seems to cause a spasm.
How can I naturally reduce these spasms?
Does gentle finger massage inside help?
