Red hard lump inside the anus , blosting in the stomach,gas and blood streak on the last bit of stomach started slowly since 1 year

Can any one suggest me is it a pile. Its very soft it comes and goes on its own. Dont have constipation still the problem presists

Hello doctor, My husband has hernia and suffering a lot. Hernia surgery was cancelled since he had high haemoglobin level. He has been managing hernia for 5 years. But now it gives him problem. How to treat hernia without surgery. Anaesthetist advised not to undergo surgery till hb level goes down. How to get rid of the problem? He has no pain but it disturbs him while walking and standing.
