I got a deep cut from road while driving two wheeler due to an accident. I got my tetanus vaccine about 1.5 years ago on 13 September 2020. Do I need to get tetanus vaccine again?

A booster dose of tetanus vaccine following a RTA is always reqd bcz it is an active immunisation . So yes u should get it .
