General Surgery

Had umbilical hernia surgery with 15 x 15 cm mesh. Recovered fully. But after 2 months of surgery burning sensation around the mesh then after some days serous fluid used to come out it has been 7 months from surgery still the serous fluid is coming out. Serous fluid is around 3-4 ml in a day. Ultrasound report : Sinus tract upto mesh in the superficial plane. The tract measures 8mm thickness and 17mm in depth. The mesh appears normal. Umbilical region show inflamed soft tissue around the mesh and minimal fluid collection. Mesh Granuloma. Fluid culture report: No growth after 48 hrs of aerobic incubation at 37 degree centigrade. Question: It has been 7 months from surgery still the fluid is coming out (3-4 ml in a day) what could be the option to cure this.

We did the MRI scan and report shows - MRI images reveal large 9CMS curvilinear sinus tract arising from subcutaneous plane of right gluteal region extending superiority and then anteriorly upto the level of levator ani muscle with translevator extension and secondary ramifications as described suggested of GRADE V impending fistula. Can you please make me understand what's the report says. We need the surgery or it is going to be major onr and it the report showing complication ?

My wife is suffering from breast pain from one week. She has done lot of household work, so Gynecologist told it may be due to strain and gave pain and inflammation tablets. Today consulted another doctor and got sonomamogram. Attached report. Please let us know if this is serious and cancer. We are scared

I have been done colonscopy due to my stomach problem which is absolutely normal,but fissures have been found for which I have been ask to eat healthy and keep stool normal,is it possible to find fissures during colonscopy because I have heard for fissure it's proctoscopy Plz advice

This is my breast USG report which was done on 19/03/2022 Is there anything to worry about? This was followup USG and as per this there was no growth. If it is fibroadenoma then why categorised as birads 3?

I have a underarm lump since last 1 year.i consulted doctor who told me it's just only normal  lump nothing dangerous.but I feel slight pain.and notice rash on my breast.i put off my bra before go to bed.and I also feel pain my back side surrouding my backbone.i feel quite pain which is not violent in my right breast.and my lump is located my right underarm .some people told me sometimes for girls one side breast is quite bigger than other side.is it true?I am a patient of pcod.and today is my 5 th day of period.last 3 month I missed periods.and I use new bra recently.
