Under arm fat
Can you plz see the attached pictures... I have this from past 3yrs... now I m a lactating mother... I face no problem with this... it just pains when I press the nerve... will this get reduce if I lose weight ? I actually got this when I gained weight... can exercise help this ?

Its fatty tissue depositions, needs to be surgically removal, regular exercise may help to some extent though that will take time
