General Surgery

My grandfather has reached the age of 87. He has an inguinal hernia in his right inguinal fold. Is it possible to cure without undergoing surgery? If not, what items and precautions should be taken prior to surgery at such an advanced age? Please keep in mind that the blood tests are normal. Only protein and HDL cholesterol are somewhat above average.

My mother has kidney stone and fatty liver both. which doctor should I concern. please give me the answer as soon as  possible

I have noticed small painful swelling near my last (flying) rib left side back . It is painful when touch and having discomfort on left back side. I have done Xray but it's normal. This swelling in more than 2-3 months . No fever . No weight loss. No other symptom What is that ??

Hi Doctors, Yesterday I felt a small lump in my armpit and when I press it there is fluid and pus coming out of it. And today I was worried and pressing it regularly whether it is movable. I have 2-3 small white painless bumps and some colourless tiny bumps in one side near my anus. It doesn't itch anything. However, there is one white bump I have noticed has grown in size. Hi doc, I am seeing recurring issue of red patch on anus area. It comes ,go and then come Sometimes, i feel itching after motion and sometime burning sensation in anua. There is no blood as such. Size of these patches are different everytime and different kocation. Atraching photo... What is this ? Please suggest
