General Surgery

Post laproscopy surgery I couldn't rest properly. I lifted weight and climbed steps. Post that started observing I am having legs and hands trembling issue sometimes Couldn't stand for more than some time Could do heavy works Couldn't tolerate sun Sweating alot and etc.. Is this affect of not taking rest Or why is it happening all of sudden

Hi doctor, I used to have itching or burning sensation time to time in Anus area Today, I thought to check that area with mobile after passing stool and when I expand anus part with fingure then I saw small piace ( not sure what ) inside anus. It goes in when I leave expand anus. Attaching picture... tried best to take photo Is this skin of anus or something else?? Is this normal?? Please suggest
