Taking the following medication Brakke tablet 1-0-1 Onzem 20 1-0-1 Probiotic - progut from pure Nutrition once a day On 4th days. Don't see any major changes How to get rid of this Had diarrhea like symptoms 2-3 times a day , rash on anus

In the morning after passing the stool, when the bowel is completely empty , I feel burning in the epigastric region and mild nausea , also feeling not clear of bowel in one time

Hiii...My brother has jaundice and he's 17 years old. The consultation being provided is of Liver Dialysis. I have searched through the net but still it would be extremely helpful if any medical professional would explain this procedure to me briefly or atleast the basic things I need to know. As the word 'dialysis' is itself terrifying and that to for a 17 year old boy. That's why!!!

Hello Doctor, About three months ago, I started experiencing throat discomfort with a lump-like feeling and mouth ulcers/irritation. I first consulted an ENT specialist, who prescribed antibiotics and anti-allergy medicines, but my symptoms did not improve and in fact became worse. On a follow-up, he suspected GERD and gave me basic gastric medicines. Later, I consulted a gastroenterologist who prescribed acid-reducing tablets twice daily. While I had some temporary relief, my symptoms returned after stopping the medication. At present, whenever I eat spicy or hot food, I experience significant throat irritation and discomfort. Last month, I underwent an endoscopy which showed a lax LES. I would like to know if this could be the cause of my throat lump sensation and irritation. Every morning I also wake up with throat burning, and at times notice blood-stained sputum. Kindly advise further. I have attached my endoscopy report for your review.

May 2024: First episode of bright red streak on stool → resolved with laxative. Jan 29, 2025: Significant bright red dripping after bowel movement → stopped after laxative + antibiotics + bleeding stopper. DRE was normal. Feb 20, 2025: Bowel cramps/inflammation, lasted 4 days → resolved with medicines. Temporary 2–3 kg weight loss, later regained. Mar 24, 2025: Minor bright red streak on stool with burning. July 6, 2025: Constipation, 2–3 unsatisfactory motions, anal rim burning, slight watery red stain on finger while washing. Later stools without blood. Aug 2025 (current): For past few days, dark brown sticky stool, incomplete evacuation, no visible fresh blood. Weight has been stable/increasing for >3 months. No fatigue, no black/tarry stool. Can u help me identify the problem.
