I face hard stool problem very often. That's why i wanted to know if I can consume softovac powder daily to prevent hard stool.

I was recently diagnosed with gallstones less than 5 mm in ultrasound. The doctor recommended gall bladder removal surgery because I was experiencing pain in upper right abdomen after typhoid recovery. Can anyone suggest how urgent it is to get it done or can I wait for sometime by eating low fat. And lastly how to take care of my liver. My liver wasn't fatty in ultrasound but had ggt of 146, sgot 39 and sgpt 84.

Hi Doctor, My question is regarding my poops colour . I am not a person who checks poops regulary but occasionally. My question looks even funny but i want to ensure that iam ok . When i pooped it was first in yellow colour so when i let it for few mins (not flushed) in toilet it turns to orange/brown in colour. Iam confused about this .because changes in colour of poops indicates some underlying issues . But in my case i have normal yellow in colour poop when i let it in toilet sink for few mins then it turns some orange to brown in colour. So please let me know why it happens? Is it normal? Iam having this doubt for so many months.

Was living alone away from home and in a stressful work environment. Had Dengue, 1 month later, started having anxiety and negative thoughts that I am going to die, done tests ecg, thyroid, sugar, eco they were fine. Gradually getting better as this is the 8th month but still having indigestion, bloating (releases through mouth), chest discomfort and fear especially when hungry or immediately after eating. Sometimes I feel better. Struggling with body balance when standing or walking. I don't know the issue but I am tired of it. I don't feel happy even when there is a very good reason. Now not leaving alone, in a good workplace, and having my own prepared food. Want to know the reason to feel better

Persistent burps, pain the back and jaw pain. Ate dal in the night. And the pain keeps getting worse.

Total bilirubin is 0.79 and indirect is 0.30 and direct is 0.49 .....is it normal...all other test is completely normal
