I have constipation from long time, I cannot fully evacuate. Coffee helps sometime but gives me headache. So I don't take it anymore. Doctor gave gi motility medication but no relief. I took vitamin d n b12 but no relief. I tried everything, diet changes exercise but no relief. Please tell what it can be . Ultrasound report is below

I have my stomach lining swelling during, before period but now even after period my stomach lining looks swollen and my stomach feels full for small amount of food . My weight also not reducing even I eat less is there any problem

I frequently face digestive issues like bloating and constipation acidity etc, which goes away post taking medication, few people have suggested to me to take digestive enzymes while other set of people are asking to refrain from it as it may have to take. Life time. Please give your opinion

Is IBS curable? I m getting frustrated day by day. I can't empty my bowel. Going to washroom regularly more than 4 times still not satisfaction.. bloating and gas are present because bowel is not full empty.. I take prebiotic probiotic, fruits , vegetables still this problem is present. That's you my sleeping problem has arrived. So stressed for this IBS . What should I do ? Is it curable or I HV to deal with this ?

5 yrs ago I was diagnosed with gastritis and esophagitis. Treatment was done in Kolkata and in the last few years I underwent ugi endoscopy 3 times. The Gastritis improved but whenever I stop the medication I feel gastric pain and acid reflux. I am taking Pantoprazole 20 for more than 5 years. Can it cause some serious side effect? How can I cure my acid reflux? It's really problematic and I went to a lot to doctors and they prescribe the same medicine....... someone please help

My father is suffering from constipation ,anemia, high bilirubin, weight loss from past 3 months. From now he is very weak tired all the day. Treatment is given by many doctors but nothing helps. Here is his ct abdomen report please review it and give your best suggestion what should we do now ..

1 Year of Vertigo Vertigo often triggeres by late/early meals. Normal sugar & BP. Constant dizziness, worse pre/post meals sometimes with headaches. Post meals Shortness of breath, difficulty burping, constipation. Endoscopy examined and diagonised with Hiatal hernia & GERD. (Rabechill L was prescribed - ineffective) ENT doctor suggested Divalproex (2 months) ineffective. Find the attached reports down here Desperate for accurate diagnosis & effective treatment. After every meal of the day I get excessive burping and it continues for more than an hour. After eating food I burp for 10-20 times which causes discomfort and embarrassment to me. In my endoscopy report Hiatus hernia and esophagitis was diagnosed. I am on Pantocid DSR but still no relief to the burps. Pls suggest so remedy.

Hi, I have occasional severe right abdomen/ chest pain which goes away in 30 mins after having antacids. But last time, the unbearable pain did not subside after 5 hrs. The pain slowly grows to the right upper chest and left chest as well. The chest feels really heavy like something is stuck and I have difficulty breathing. I got blood work done to see if I had elevated cholesterol. But got elevated ALP(162.65), GGT(132.6) and SGPT(42.3) in the LFT test and Low Iron (32.4) in the test results. Also got slightly elevated LDL (115), T4(13.4) & Slightly low Blood Urea (7.6). Haemoglobin is normal. Please suggest what to do.
