Have some blood discharge for last two weeks, Showed to doctor and took augmentin and applied tbact diagnosed infection Which specialisation doctor should I take second opinion from Also why is it not healing

Respected sir/mam I'm saying that about my mom actually my mom is 49 years old !!! she has been suffering from vomiting!!! She vomits 7 times a day daily i done upper gi endoscopy report is normal study!!! i done usg whole abdomen !!! report is... Impression : diffuse fatty change in pancreas. what's the meaning of this? please sir explain about this!!!

When I m stretching pain like pressing and releasing in right side below breast . At evening times and midnight more pain even when I move. Pain below mid chest to little right side pain while burping. Attaching my recent reports also. Usg showed grade 1 fatty liver but CT scan did not mention grade 1 fatty liver.

Got annual checkup found 400 triglycerides and vitamin d and vitamin e less. As per the range let me know what to do

I am having superficial ulcer and erosion in antrum also hpylori bacteria is positive.I am on Sompraz hp kit.Since two days i am taking tablet and i am feeling stomach pain and going to bathroom after my meal.Are these are the side effects of treatment.Please let me know

I am having continuous poop like feeling , I have taken IBS medicine but did not worked .I have switched my lifestyle even though my condition has not improved . my endoscopy and colonoscopy report is normal .I always go to toilet in morning but , feels like poop left in my rectum .After the morning toilet the whole day has poop like feeling . Even I go to toilet but nothing comes out .please help me out .

I frequently feel slight pain in chest area of moderate intensity which causes trouble for me. I always think of heart problem and have taken all the heart related test. Ecg, echo and tmt. Tmt was negative and was done in nov 2023. I am taking pantaprozole empty stomach. But still this discomfort is there. I am not able to sleep entire night thinking that if it is related to heart or what. Every second i remain very anxious and troubled. Please help. Reports are attached.

I'm experiencing violent coughing which makes me vomit . This has been on and off since 4 months. Another symptom that I get  Is nausea which makes very difficult to eat. Sometimes i throw up in morning and light yellowish liquid comes out. I've tried all sorts of medicines omez d pantocid. Currently on nexpro 40 and syp divol Still this coughing is not resolving Please suggest something

I have been having acidity since long as it's hereditary in my family. I have done my ECG and echo all reports are normal. But for a few days I have been having acidity daily so I started taking pan D. When I take it I don't have severe acidity but still I feel like the food is coming back in my throat. Sometimes I feel i have a lump in my throat or tightness. Now it's not severe but the stomach doesn't feel right. No loose motions. I feel hungry but sometimes feel nauseous too. The tummy gets clear properly as well in the morning. Then why is this happening? Pls guide
