Gastroenterology

I was having burning sensation in the upper part of my stomach and also digestion issues so I went to a gastroenterologist. He gave me medicines for gastritis and stomach ulcer . I have been taking them and my stomach burning is gone but there is a new symptom now - loss of appetite . Even if I take a small bite I feel as if I am super full and that the food is still there in my throat . What's going on ? Please help .

I am having pain in my stomach, it is not at any one place, it is at different places, sometimes on the left side and right side it feels like heaviness in the stomach and feeling some pulling inside the belly. The pain is not continuous, sometimes it lasts for 2 or 3 minutes at one place, then it goes away, it happens 4 or 5 times a day. I got up in the morning to go to the toilet and took it completely fresh. Even after 2 or 3 times  I have to go to the latrine but it does not come out. The color of the latrine also looks black or has a bad smell. I got myself checked in the nearby hospital or they asked me to get an ultrasound done. By doing ultrasound or in our report there are 2 diseases highlighted, one is wild gut edema and gas ++. Then I tried the same medicine but still there was no relief. Then after doing checkup in another hospital they did complete blood count test on me and all the reports were correct. I also took medicine but am still not getting any relief.

A lot of gas is produced in the stomach and the stomach remains very full.I keep burping all day long and I get sour burps all over my body. I am healthy but don't feel like doing anything. Even my mother doesn't feel like doing anything.That is why I think I used to have a lot of headaches. But then I got my eye glasses checked and the headache is gone now.I am not able to sleep properly at night and my stomach remains bloated and I feel unwell. I feel sleepy early in the morning. My body feels lazy throughout the day. I feel sleepy and restless throughout the day. My life feels completely different.

My mother has been taking Rifaximin 550 mg twice a day since March 19th or 20th to kill  ammonia-producing bacteria and prevent hepatic encephalopathy. Will it cause any harm to her kidneys, as  prolonged use of antibiotics may cause damage to kidneys? She has taken 80 or more tablets of Rifaximin 550 within this time frame. Should she stop taking it or continue with one tablet of Rifaximin 550 mg once a day?

I burp alot at random times in a day like before sleeping or after getting up etc. What medicine to take?

Dear Docter , My platelates count is 65000 and Homoglobin is low 11.6 is it related to Helicobacter pylori positive infection or some other issue Is it normal or serious condition because my docter told me this is very critical to have low platlates and homoglobin so need your second opinion because I am very stress as my Doctor scared me , expert supervision and guidance required and response will be highly appreciated My symptoms Feeling week Feeling thirsty and dry mouth Yellow urine Note: I am positive for Hpylori from 3 months I am taking PPI  medicine Esomoprazole but no relief in symptoms my Doctor dint give Antibiotics for Hpylori Infection Pls find the ttached report for Hpylori positive and blood report

I am taking antibiotic and lyser D for tooth ache for 2 days. I took pentopropazole for stomach before medication. But my stomach feels intense pain . It seems gastritis. Kindly suggest some medicine for immediate relief

About uterus issue.any operation have to done.or any medicine.or it leads to cancer.pls tell openly.i consult doctor he said nothing worry.

Hello doctor i was suffering from h pylori gastritis in feb and had stomach burning and pain along with gnawing stomach sound anyways i took treatment for it and it got cured and but problem was recurring and another endoscopy was done yesterday the endoscopy reports came back normal this time but it says Z line with GE junction at 40cm Diaphragmatic pinch noted at 41cm i really don't know what I'm suffering from I'm attaching the reports the report which says erosive gastritis was done 3months back this reports is done yesterday please diagnose me is it hernia?
