Consulted gastro doctor in government hospital adv blood test hiv hcv hbsag report have to come still after that they will give the date of endoscopy But sometimes I have nausea sweating bloating giddiness I did ECG 2decho some types of blood test every thing is nomal plz tell me weather severe gastric constipation cause giddiness I have consulted md physician ent neurology eeg done cardiology psychiatrist I want to know weather gas cause shaking body and giddiness rbs bp ppbs FBS every thing is normal i am afraid of doing endoscopy

Hello, I am currently living abroad and I have been facing acid reflux issue. I tried taking pan 40 it stops when I took it for a month but starts again once stopped taking it. I visited local doctor here and they suggested gastroscopy. I am not sure what to be done. Can someone help here? Thanks in advance

I have done my blood tests from Apollo. My lipid profile is fine so is my KFT. My LFT results are SGOT 92, SGPT 41.8, GGT 34.2, Bilirubin total 0.95. I have already mentioned the mentioned the medication I was taking for 6 months. I don't drink now (abstinence since 90 days) and exercise daily ( 10k - 12k steps of brisk walking), on a plant based diet plus proteins. Should I be worried and what steps Should I take?

Hello doctor i was diagnosed by h pylori in february 2024, i was goven antibiotics for 10 days and ppis for 3 months , though i am feeling well after the treatment , i want to ask what are the chances of recurrence of h pylori, can i live a normal life after this infection, and how to prevent reinfection .

I am having a stomach cramp and too hard pain after I wake up from sleep every morning since 2 weeks I get so much unbearable pain but after poop the pain goes away whole day no more pain I have unhealthy life style and eat out side food most of the time what should I do please tell me

I’m able to gain weight even after having daily home food due to bad appetite and lower digestive system. Whenever I was trying to eat some extra food out of my regular diet, I feel pain in below stomach area for more than day or 2. In the past I consult multiple doctors (Gystro/Physician) but no one was able to give me the excavation reason or solution. Can someone advise me the best solution or reason behind this?

My father is pancreatic cancer patient now he is no more with us . Last year I was gerd and constipation with bleeding, so we undergone colonoscopy and endoscopy, by god's grace everything is good now abnormalities, bleeding is due to snal fissure are found this happens at oct 2022. Then dec 2023 I have repeated stomach pain with mucus in motion, so fain I approach doctor to take colonoscopy and endoscopy, again by god's grace all results are fine they gastrointestinal sugeon  recommend me to consult medical gastro . So at lost he identified as IBS mixed type . Now I am taking tablets everything is good. Still when constipation causes I have fear whether I have obstruction or cancer. 1.Can you tell me how many years once I need to take colonoscopy and endoscopy to preventive from cancer and other diseases. 2.please suggest any annual health check up for proper annual check up. Please clarify my doubts , please doctor.

Hi sir i had fish fry and rice after 30/min i had ragi lassi after 20 min i came home i lyed on floor suddenly felt shaking body tremors heavy head block one right ear only for Seconds what i have eaten feeling i will vomit 🤮 palpitations tremors i am diagnosed with gerd two yrs back can acid reflux gerd cause to shaky shaky body dizzy palpitations my ECG echo all blood report are normal faced this many time does acidity cause dizziness

4 days before i feel high acidity. And after that I feel pain, Burning  and discomfort after eating and drinking something in the right side upper abdomen area. I have gallbladder removal surgery before 2 years ago.
