I have issue with my liver function.from last 5 years my alt and ast keeps ups and down highest all these days alt 240 ast 105 other are all normal... recently in lft test alt-83 ast-61 but first time in these 5 years alp high 160... I did a USG abdomen result -grade 1 fatty liver and mild mucosal thickening of CBD... I am so tensed for mild mucosal thickening of CBD Is it pbc primary biliary cirochis? Pbc is bothering me because alp high and mucosal thickening.. In past I did fibroscan, ana if, ceuroplasmin, feritin,hbsag, anti hcv,hiv I ii, all are normal.. First time alp 160 normal limit 116... Is it pbc?

Hi my gall bladder removed 1.5years back and there was no problem till now but from Mon morning I'm having upper abdomen pain and I consulted general physician they gave injections, tablets everything they some one told its food poison, other person told its due to gastric , I'm taking medicines but still no improvement still pain remains same if I eat or drink pain worst kindly suggest is this sue to gastric or should I consult specialist

I started going gym previous year and started taking whey protein and creation for muscle mass and weight gain after 7-8 months I started having loose motion, acne and excess bloating and pain in lower left abdomen.I consulted a gastroenterologist in my home town after LFT, KFT, ultrasound, urine test , sugar and fasting sugar and many other blood related test everything is alright. Doctor gave these medicines 1.Gut Ok ,2. Rifaximin 200, 3. Dromis AM, 4. Ciproid 500 & 5.stranidazole And I live in hostel Now since 8-9 feb I am encountering kind of same problem even I have stopped taking whey and eating good amount of fruits but what I have included new is morninga power, amla juice and neem, karela & jamun juice one a week I don't know why this is happening, I have lost around 11kg weight during this time period. Any suggestions? Please help me out

Respected sir/ mam                           My Elder brother has been suffering from blood up from mouth for 2 days he is alcoholic addicted person he has been consuming alcohol for 15 years now his age is 34 years old he consumes alcohol daily 3 times in a day.Sir i request you a lot what's the main reason of blood up from mouth Please tell me about this ?

• Curvilinear posterior transsphincteric perianal fistula noted on right side With internal opening at 6 o'clock position approximately 2.2 cm from anal verge with main tract coursing in right ischiorectal fossa measuring approximately 5 cm in length with maximum width of 6 mm and shows external opening in right lateral aspect of gluteal cleft. • Diffuse inflammatory changes noted in right ischiorectal fossa along fistulous tract The above result for 60 years old person. Does she need to go surgery or medication itself ok?? If went for surgery the probability of recurrence as per report???

Constipation (doctor prescribed Diablo for relief). Despite taking medication for constipation, he has not had a bowel movement for the past 7 days. Current Symptoms: No bowel movement for 7 days Feeling of fullness and bloating Abdominal discomfort But no vomiting Medications Currently Taking: Preqm NT for nerve pain Diablo for constipation Any other daily medications Fibator for cholesterol Udiliv for grade 1 fatty liver Amlodac 2.5 for blood pressure G-loc LC for gas problems. We are deeply concerned please help us Since there is no bowel movement.

A 65y lady has the following health issues: * Weakness, nausea, giddiness and feeling of no blood flow to extremities of her body just after every defecation. Also feeling of tiredness * Sometimes loose motion and sometimes very hard motion. * Pain radiating from back of the head running down the spine. What might these symptoms indicate?

She sometimes complains of diarrhoea and sometimes complains of constipation.... she also has stomach pain sometimes... whenever she consumes milk or any sweets made of milk she complains of stomach pain and diarrhoea. Also when she is tensed or is scared she gets stomach pain and diarrhoea. Sometimes there is blood in stool also. Whenever she takes tension or is anxious she has stomach pain. When the pain is so intense that she cannot bear it then she has an episode of syncope. She feels dizzy. What could be the reason and medicines? Her hb level is 10.9 and vit d level is 4.6 her calcium level is 8.6 apart from that everything is normal.

My stomach is having diarrhoea and sometimes normal and i have done all my blood tests and ultrasounds and all reprts are normal ! I am avoiding fried and spicy foods since 1 month and eating healthy diet then also i am having cramps and loose stools sometimes normal too Pls help!!

I don't know what my problem is but i am suffering sever indigestion issue. I daily go to potty minimum 4 times. And also stomach pain before motion. I am getting shivering like situation before a meal.no power in the body.feeling nervous always.please help me.
