Hi, Recently I was having issues with my back so I consulted with an orthopedic doctor. He asked me to do 4 tests instead of 4 I did full body tests which include 87 tests. Now the orthopedic doctor did his part by suggesting medicines. Now I noticed my bilirubin as well as thyroid levels are on the higher side, though there are no symptoms noticed. Attached my report where the raised levels are showing. Please guide me. Thanks.

I have galbladder stone issue but recent increase in pain took me to usg. USG report notes-- INCLUSION := • Gall bladder is well distended. • Multiple calculi of size 3 mm to 6 mm noted in gall bladder. Calculus of size 5mm noted in cystic duct of gall bladder. • • • Gall bladder wall edema noted. No E/O collection surrounding gall bladder / GB perforation. CBD , IHBR appear normal.(Not dilated).

I have piles and fissure...so I'm taking cremaffin plus 7.5 ml twice a day..and after that I hv 3 times motion & it's soft but without it I'm again passing hard stool..so can I take it for daily basis long term?

Is BP 155 normal? A local doctor has said you have high Blood pressure I am a resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

I had severe stomach pain followed by jaundice few months ago, and was in the hospital for few days. Doctors suggested it might be gallstones and ERCP procedure was done to clear bile duct. However no stones were found but only sludge. EUS procedure also did not find any issues with the gallbladder. Doctor still mentioned that the stones might have passed out by the time ERCP was performed and recommend the gallbladder removal surgery. I am now feeling just fine with normal diet with little to no symptoms and pain. Should I still go for the surgery or wait and watch to see if the pain recurs?

There is a single hypoechoic small mass lesion in the rt lobe of liver measuring approx 9*9 mm. What should I do for this, is it harmful or serious?

I have chronic constipation problem from last 10 years and was suffering from anal fissure and hemorrhoids. I had Hemorrhoids Surgery last year in Jan 2024 and was doing okay. However I also got pregnant in Feb 2024 so I assumed the constipation problem was due to it but later was diagnosed with Anal Stenosis. Due to pregnancy and inspite of proper diet I was suffering from constipation and I continued taking laxative. I want to know if this condition can be cured ? And what is the best course of action as I don't want another surgery as I have a small baby to take care of 😅

I think i have developed resistance to Antibiotics and the infection is still there after 2 months of treatment and PPIs. Can I go for an endoscopy + culture test while I am on PPI?

Since 2023 ,right groin pain,2 USG done, 1 USG -right illiac fossa  tenderness,2nd USG -11mm lymph node.now whole lower abdomen mild pain, burning,gas trapped in stomach or intestine. Cect suggested by doctors. Fear from contrast. Where should I go?Residing in kolkata. History -prolapse of uterus
