Hello dr Endoscopy with sedation is safe ...my dr advised me with swdation....i have severe anxiety issue

I had upper gi endoscopy and diagnosed with h pylori and my doc prescribed me with triple therapy for 15 day after that the pain and discomfort was gone then again 20 days after completing the therapy am feeling same pain and discomfort while eating and during burping. What it means ?

I have deducted low serum iron 14 only may i Directly induse iron or will use ferrous sulphate, tell me about it,

HI IM 45 YEAR FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH I WAS SUFFERING FROM ANAL FISSURE. BUT DUE TO GOOD MEDICINES, LAXATIVES N SELF CARE MY ANAL FISSURE IS FULLY HEALED NOW.BUT ONE SMALL THING TROUBLES ME IS THAT AFTER MOTION SOMETIMES I FEEL PAIN N IRRITATION IN MY RECTUM AREA BUT NO BLEEDING. I TOOK DAFFLON 1000 MG N SITECOMCOME FORT TABLETS BUT IT DIDNT HELPED ME.PLZ SUGGEST SOME GOOD TABLETS FOR MY PAIN N IRRITATION IN MY RECTUM AREA AFTER MOTION.

Sir, I have symptoms like pain after passing stool and some times mild blood in stool . Doctor advised for sigmoidoscopy and taken biopsy . My biopsy report says - Non specific proctitis . Report are enclosed. Kindly suggest sir what should I do

Is it ok to take the Dendellion tea and milk thistle if you have fatty liver grade 2. From the last 2 days my motions are very less.Kindly suggest

I am feeling loose motions from last 20 days , sometimes constipation, sudden, I observed blood in stools, immediately I did routine test and consulted Dr , he prescribed rifagut 400 mg and sucramal o syrup ,

I get acidity frequently, bloating of stomach and loose motion frequently however there is no weight loss. Nowadays in hunger condition i get shivering loss. Sugar and BP are normal. Is it a condition?  Which doctor to consult ? How to get rid of it ?
