Sir tell me correct dosage for piles and fissure of daflon plus sitcom forte together .one  Daflon 1000 mg I take daily now I want to add sitcom forte

I really worried that i am suffering from swelling of butt hole during and after poop. And i facing this problem since 3 yrs and one more thing to add that there is no blood during poop. Please kindly suggest me what might be the problem

I am facing severe abdominal pain like stabbing and back pain. Took pan & paracetamol iv yesterday but today again pain started. Took drotin tablet pain somewhat reduced but again it's reappearing. Please help . Not able to walk due to pain

I pass gas usually after any meal. It's not lot of times a day, may be 4 to 5 times a day. The timing is usually after breakfast, lunch and dinner... Is this normal? There are no other symptoms like pain or cramping etc.. just gases that passes easily specifically after meals.

I have been suffering from constipation and whenever I visit to doctor they give some laxatives or Fiber. And I have been using those and one ayurvedic solution called Zandu nityam constipation relief. If I take that, it just clears my bowl completely and stool initially will be solid and then by end complete liquid. Is there any issue to continue like this??
