I have severe headache and diagnosed with Typhoid. I have started the antibiotics treatment as per the doctor. But its been two days, still my fever goes till 101 degrees and headache is very severe. What should I do?

Is all dose same or different
There is new anti rabies vaccine called thrabis my doctor said it's only 3 dose are required I want to know all three dose given on day 0,3,7 are same vaccine same quantity is given on day 0,3 and 7 or there are different vaccine and quantity doses made for day 0 day 3 and day 7??
