Rise in the Indirect serum bilirubin shows excessive destruction of RBCs . Your Haemoglobin level is not bad as per the Indian standards. Your bilirubin level is also not unusually high that you should get worried.
Please get your Complete Blood Picture, Liver function tests and sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult a General Physician with the reports.
