I delivered a baby 7 months ago . Since past 2-3 days I feel pain in lower legs& arms in night when I lie down to sleep & in the morning when I wake up. Also the hand gets numb once or twice , once I move it gets normal. Could you please diagnose & advise what could be the issue & if there is any deficiency as I was feeding my baby till 6 months & was taking Calcium & protein supplement while breastfeeding.

My son 13 year old he going to swminng pool come home he has fever and lest ear pain i saw doctor he clean ear vax removal and 7 days antibiotic tablet and eardrop vax removal after ear discharge i going second ent doctor he saw ear and he said niddle type hole in eardrum he take same medicine antibiotic and eardrop my son totally feet taken this medicine no pain no discharge but today 2 time fresh water discharge in ear without pain i saw google he say its csf otorrhea i am scared my child no any history is truma and accident what no any other symptoms only frsh water discharge in ear please guide me what happened

I got severe vitamin b and d deficiency almost a year ago. My vitamin level was less than 100 pg/ml and vitamin d was 20 ng/ml. After taking supplements (neurobion plus & vitamin d shot) for 3 to 4 months it came to normal range (b12 came to 490 pg/ml & d3 came to 45ng/ml). The physician then suggested to take neurobion plus on and off for 15 days with a gap of couple of months to main b12 levels. I did not take any supplement from last three months and got the levels tested recently since I was getting fatigue and little tingling/numbness in feet and thigh My B12 came as 400 pg/ml & D3 came 30 ng/ml. Do I need to continue supplements. Please suggest supplement name, dose and duration..

I'm having involuntary jerks of my legs lasting for a few seconds like happening all of a sudden, since last two three weeks or so, but this has happened after a tonsillar infection, also my sore throat is returning every two to three weeks, and I feel feverish at late evening sometimes every time the reinfection happens, and this cycle is going on for two and a half months now, have been to many doctors but they say its either viral or allergy that's reccuring, they give me antibiotics and the symptoms subside for a while only to return a few days after, also I have a swollen lymph node in neck , only a single one that fluctuates in size increasing with every infection and decreasing as infection clears, I'm wondering if its actually allergic/viral or something like ARF since I also have joint pain that comes and goes mostly on both the knees and sometimes I have muscle pain intermittently from inside. 2 months back I had CBC done and its normal also I did aso titre 1wk bk its normal

Mother has been prescribed Cobadex czs, fdson forte, calcimax forte+ which has multivitamin, minerals, calcium n vitd3 etc. Has started since 3 months and advised to continue longterm in view of muscle wasting possibility due to cirrhosis. 70 yrs, early liver cirrhosis. Weight is 50 kg. Asymptomatic. Prediabetes. Hypertension.  On Thyronorm 25mcg. Hb is 10. Low hematocrit. Normal ferritin n B12. She takes normal diet but less in quantity. Feels well in general. Is it okay to continue these nutritional supplements long term? Can it hv any side effects?

Hello, I am using one tab Zonegran 100mg daily evening . I want to use Nex pro as suggested by doctor in the morning & evening also , Can you please suggest when should I take it, before Zonegran or After taking Zonegran? Thanks in advance
